Terms and Conditions

1. A confirmed reservation requires an advance payment by debit and credit cards, or approved online methods as well full payment is required at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent details, or those made with malafide intent.
2. Guests must present a valid reservation confirmation and a government-issued original photo ID at check-in (e.g., Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID).
3. If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled, and the full amount charged. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies).The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reservation cancellations.
4. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
5. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Normal room occupancy is for two persons. Additional guests (subject to room capacity) will be charged as per hotel policy.
7. Guests must maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and follow all hotel safety and security protocols. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Costs will be recovered for repair or replacement. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Guests must report complaints or concerns at the reception.
8. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas and may result in fines.
9. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any guest violating policies or engaging in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.
10. Management may relocate guests in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Parking is available at Hotel but hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
12. The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health issues during a guest’s stay. The hotel does not assume responsibility for third-party services (e.g., taxis)
13. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Illegal online activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
14. Guest data is collected and stored as per applicable data protection laws and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
15. Room-use items such as room chappals, bathroom slippers, or similar amenities must not be used outside the guest room. Guests are not allowed to rearrange, move, or alter the setup of furniture and fixtures in the room.
16. Any disputes shall be subject to applicable local laws and resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
