Refund Policy

Eshi Resorts strives to offer an exceptional experience to all guests. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered based on the nature of the request and are subject to the terms of the booking agreement.
  • Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing / email before 15 days of your scheduled check-in date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Conditions: Refunds may be reduced by applicable service fees or any charges incurred during processing.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
